What type of power of attorney form is appropriate??? - south carolina power of attorney form

At this moment, I live in South Carolina and my daughter lives in Ohio. She was 17 years. since neither his father nor I are able to go with him to obtain your license will not allow DMV Ohio. granting a power of itself can be a license? if it is acceptable to the general authority?

You can give your daughter who lives with (I assume not live alone), would be a good idea, unless done something else that they need. (For example, if he have an accident and the hospital had to perform emergency surgery or something, you have the permission of a parent or guardian.) It could also authorize their daughter if she can do alone.

You may have no power over him. Therefore, the answer to your question is not a form of power that is acceptable.

You should allow a parent or other parties that have custody over them.
