Question about qualifications need to become a Certified Diabetes Educator? - diabetes educator certification
OK, so I really want to be a CDE. but I really do not want to nurse. I want to meet some or all of 2 years in medical school, but after that I did not really want to give shots to people (other than insulin, such as myself), or changes to a bed or pan anything jajaja. Can you right to his certification as a CDE in an office and a CDE get? Or do you have to be a nurse, too? If your confused, let me know and I'll try to clarify

As a CDE, you must have a degree in a health profession such as nursing, nutrition or pharmacy. Then, gain experience and give a "comprehensive review, the physiology, treatment, blood tests, complications, including mental health problems and more ..." IOur certified.
