Culinary art schools..? - culinary schools in louisiana
OT want to go to culinary school .. Hope for the cooking and presentation, can someone tell me, every school that you know, I want to cook, but do not want away from home, I live in Louisiana, HELP!

In Louisiana, Delgado Community College, much to anybody. You do not know whether or not they still work after Hurricane Katrina, but they have an excellent program and receive an associate degree, when you're done.
If you want really great programs to look at the Culinary Institute of America (Upstate New York) and Johnson & Wales (North and South Carolina).
Austin, TX is a big city, small, would you love it.
